Updated May 15, 2013

The cooking course is under construction but the site is done for the most part. So please check out all of the great, easy animal-friendly recipes we have posted. Send any special recipe requests to AnimalLiftGiver@gmail.com. We'll "veganize" it for you. So if egg-potato salad is one of your favorite non-vegan meals, we'll try to come up with a real satisfying, animal-saving version of the dish.

This recipes are prepared with Ahimsa as the underlying theme. Ahimsa is the doctrine of bringing no-harm to all living creatures. We'll be populating all of the links and pages over the next few weeks. Write to me at AnimalLiftGiver@gmail.com with any questions or requests. You'll notice that there are no advertisements and no requests for money. We do this just to try and save a few animals.

Ahimsa is an ancient Sanskrit word that describes a lifestyle that refrains from harming any living being. It is also known as The Doctrine of Non-Violence.  We hope you find cooking course useful.
