1. Wheatena brand whole wheat cereal
2. Any grain, nut, or pulse milk
5. Brown sugar,
In a pan bring 2 cups water to a boil
Add 1 ts salt and adjust to taste right before
Stir or whisk in 2/3 cup Wheatena cereal
Cover pot and put on low heat
Let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes
g. In a separate fry pan, fry up nuts with some oil. Drizzle over cooked Wheatena in the bowls.
